Tomorrow's Midnight closes their show in Guelph, ON Canada with Social Distortion's Reach For The Sky. Based on Social D's Lollapalooza arrangement, with extended breakdown & organ solo, the song is a staple of TM's live set and serves as their closing/encore song in 2016.

Hotel Rancho Luna – Cienfuegos, Cuba

After researching many resorts, and watching many Youtube videos, Jord n Li'l Elb found a ridiculously affordable (we are musicians, not millionaires!) sell-off vacation package to Hotel Rancho Luna through iTravel2000 and Hola Sun Vacations. This is a 3 Star property so you won't get what you do at the higher end resorts but we found it to be clean, comfortable and beautiful, with one of the best private beaches and some of the best on-site reef snorkeling anywhere. We aren't ones to complain much and we roll with what we're given on our travels but we can honestly say that Hotel Rancho Luna was well worth the price and we would go back in a heartbeat. Contained in our 30 minute travelogue is footage of the entire resort; including rooms, buffet, lobby, pool, grounds, all bars & eating areas, the beach and even underwater footage on the reef. We tried to address questions that we had ourselves before visiting but couldn't find answers to anywhere else. We hope that this gives you an informative & entertaining look at Rancho Luna and helps you with your own vacation plans if you are thinking of travelling to Cienfuegos, other Cuban destinations, or any all-inclusive resort property.

Playa Rancho Luna – Cienfuegos, Cuba

For the snorkeling enthusiasts, here is underwater footage of the reef just off the beach shared by Hotel Rancho Luna and the public strip of Playa Rancho Luna. We stayed at Hotel Rancho Luna and, while only a modest 3 Star resort, it offered rare access to a coral reef without the need for additionally priced excursions or tours. I have snorkeled reefs in Cozumel, Xcaret and a private dive spot near Xel Ha (NOT the tourist spot!) but have never had access to a reef right at a resort property – accessible by free pedal boat or just by swimming out. The wildlife is sparse (mostly fish and one gigantic jellyfish that required some deft manoeuvring to avoid), so no rays, turtles, eels, barracudas or lobsters like I have encountered elsewhere, but the fish there include Lion Fish, Trumpetfish and schools of Blue Tang (“dory”) & French Grunts, as well as other tropical breeds, and the coral formations are quite spectacular and varied in places. I am using a Rocontrip full face 180o mask with a Chinese-made "gopro" knock-off mounted camera.
